Biography: 

Bill Litant is the communications director for the MIT Aeronautics and Astronautics Department and was part of the CDIO founding team. A former print and broadcast journalist, newspaper editor, and documentary and industrial filmmaker, he is a specialist in communications strategy, web development and usability, digital imaging, and aerospace communications. He is also an experienced restorer of vintage cars and motorcycles, and a trained steam vehicle (locomotive, traction engine, fire engine) engineer.
